Activate The Blessing

Activate The Blessing
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ” (Ephesians 1:3).
Everything you require to live the good life has been made available to you in Christ. What you need today is to know what God has wrought for you in Christ through the Word, and then activate those blessings in your life. For some, they look at their lives and what they’re going through, so it’s difficult for them to see themselves as already blessed of God. But our opening scripture lets us know that God has already blessed you with all the blessings you could ever wish for.
Somebody says, “If truly I’m so blessed, how come I don’t have a car,” or “how come I don’t have a house,” or “how come I don’t have enough money in my bank account?” Understand something; the blessing is not the car, house or money. The good things of life—the material things that you can see and perceive with your senses such as houses, cars, a good job, lots of money etc., aren’t the blessing but the results of the blessing. The blessing of God upon your life is an unseen power or force that causes good things to happen with you, to you and through you. It causes the glory of God to be seen in your life.
The next thing is for you to know how to activate the blessing. It begins with recognizing the presence of the Holy Spirit in your life, and then talking right; talking the Word. The blessing is in the Word, and the principle is “you shall have what you say” (Mark 11:23). Consequently, as you fellowship with the Spirit and talk and live the Word, the results of God’s blessing will be overwhelmingly evident in your life; you’ll become the symbol of God’s blessings wherever you are! Others will take notice that because of you, favour has come to them, for not only are you blessed, you’re a blessing (Galatians 3:8).
Prayer
Dear heavenly Father, I thank you for the precious Holy Spirit who has brought your blessing to bear upon my life. Thank you for the great manifestations of your goodness and kindness to me, and for teaching me how to activate your blessings in my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
