Condition Your Spirit With The Word

Condition Your Spirit

With The Word

And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified (Acts 20:32).

Sometimes, people find themselves in situations that get them discouraged. As much as they try to believe that things will change, nothing seems to happen, and they lose the confidence and enthusiasm to succeed. Things just happen to them that are so different from their expectations. They fight hard to remain focused and keep themselves afloat in life, yet their results don’t line up with what the Word says.

If you find yourself in such a situation, first of all, get to the Word. Study God’s Word and take it in voraciously. Be fully decided that you’re going to condition your spirit with the Word for success; refuse every voice that tells you you’re not going to make it. When such negative thoughts come to you, shout out loud and say, “In the Name of Jesus, I’m a success!” Keep talking that way until your spirit is conditioned to think only success.

The Word of God in your heart and in your mouth is your guaranteed recipe for success: “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success” (Joshua 1:8). God’s Word, assimilated into your spirit, will change your frame of mind and influence your words. At that point, whatever radical change you desire will be effected through the power of the Word in your mouth.

You have to condition your spirit for success by giving enough attention to the Word; hearing it, studying it, and talking it! That way, the Word will work for you and in you, and catapult you to the next and higher level of success.

Confession

My heart and mind are stayed on the true and living Word of God. Therefore, I’m kept in perfect peace and I operate from a position of rest because I know all things work together for my good! Hallelujah!
