Now today when I say how cheap is anyone blood? Muslims will directly answer and say
“whosoever killeth a human being for other than manslaughter or corruption in the earth, it shall be as if he had killed all mankind”
but off course this is not truthful because Q5:32starts with
“For that cause We decreed for the Children of Israel that”
So the Ayah is decreed on the children of Israel not Islam, and off course everyone now knows that Q5:32 is taken from Jewish Talmud
And also when a Muslims says for that matter I will only consider Q5:45
Guess what it is also decreed on the children of Israel not for Islam and here the Quran admits that the fair and just law for taking life are not in the Quran but in the Torah
So in Islam which blood when shed deserve death punishment?
The answer is only the Muslim blood deserves death punishment and that is totally bigot and racist

أما إذا قَتل مسلم شخصًا غير مسلم فهل يُقتص منه بالقتل؟ يقول النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فيما رواه البخاري وغيره عن علي ـ رضي الله عنه ـ في محتويات الصحيفة ” لا يُقْتل مسلم بكافر” وفي رواية لأحمد والنسائي وأبي داود ” ولا ذو عهد في عهده”، وروى أحمد وابن ماجة والترمذي عن عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه عن جده أن النبيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَضى ألا يُقْتل مسلم بكافر، وفي رواية ولا ذو عهد بعهده. وروى عبد الرزَّاق عن معمر عن الزُّهْرى عن سالم عن أبيه أن مسلمًا قتل رجلًا من أهل الذِّمة فرُفِع إلى عثمان ـ رضي الله عنه ـ فلم يَقتُلْه، وغلَّظ عليه الدِّيَة، قال ابْنُ حزم: هذا في غاية الصِّحَّة، ولم يصح عن أحد من الصحابة شيء غير هذا، إلا ما رويناه عن عمر أنه كتب في مثل ذلك أن يُقاد به، ثم ألحقه كتابًا فقال: لا تقتلوه ولكن اعْتقِلُوه ” نيل الأوطار للشوكاني ج7 ص 10″ قال الشوكانى”ص11″ فيه دليل على أن المسلم لا يُقْتل بالكافر. أما الكافر الحربي فذلك إجماع كما حكاه صاحب البحر. أما الذِّمِّي فذَهب الجمهور إليه، لصدق اسم الكافر عليه، وذهب الشعبي والنخعي وأبو حنيفة وأصحابه إلى أنه يُقتل المسلم بالذِّمي، وفي هذا الاستدلال مناقشة. فرأي الجمهور أقوى بدليل ما ذكره الشافعي في “الأم” أن النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قال ذلك في خطبة يوم الفتْح بسبب القتيل الذي قَتلتْه خُزاعة وكان له عهد، فقال النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ لو قتلت مسلمًا بكافر لقتلته به” وقال ” لا يُقْتل مؤمنٌ بكافر ولا ذو عهد في عهده”، فأشار بقوله ” لا يُقْتل مسلم بكافر” إلى ترْكه الاقتصاص من الخزاعي بالمعاهد الذي قتَله، وبقوله ” ولا ذو عهد بعهده” إلى النهي عن الإقدام على فعله القاتل المذكور، فيكون قوله: “ولا ذو عهد في عهده” كلامًا تامًّا لا يحتاج إلى تقدير. ومما استدل به الحنفية قوله تعالى (أنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ) فهو حكم عام بين كل نَفْسيْن، ويُرد عليه بأن هذا العموم الذي في الآية مُخصَّص بأحاديث الباب “عنوان الباب في الكتاب”، ومن أدِلَّتهم أيضًا حديث أن النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قتل مسلمًا بمعاهد، وقال ” أنا أكرم من وفَّى بذِمَّته”، ويُرد عليه بأنه حديث مرسل، وفي سنده مَن هو ضعيف. ومن أدلة الجمهور من القرآن قوله تعالى (وَلَنْ يَجْعَلَ اللهُ لِلْكَافِرينَ عَلَى المُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلًا) (سورة النساء: 141)، وقوله: (لَا يَسْتَوِي أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ وَأَصْحَابُ الجَنَّة) (سورة الحشر :20)، وكذلك من أدلتهم من السنة عدم القصاص من المسلم الذي لطم اليهودي القائل: لا والذي اصطفى موسى على البشر رواه مسلم وحديث ” الإسلام يعلو ولا يُعْلى عليه”، وهو حديث فيه مَقال، لكنه علَّقه البخاري في صحيحه.

Summarized Translation for the Fatwa
Q: If a Muslim killed a non-Muslim should the Muslim be executed by death punishment?
A: According to Sahih Hadith of the prophet (pbuh) in Bukhari and others
“The Muslim is not killed for disbeliever.”
And in a report from Abdel Razek from … from … from Salim from his father that a Muslim man Murdered a “Dhimmi” (the name for the people of book in islam) so this was presented in front of Khalif “Uthman Ben Affan” so he did not execute him but he pressed hard the “DIYAH” (the blood-money paid) and “Ibn Hazm said:
This is very correct action and we never heard of any of the Sahaba did otherwise … And this is the right opinion of the “GOMHOR AL OLAMA” (the crowd of Islamic Scholars) agree on that a Muslim blood should not be taken for a Kafir blood …..
Tafsir Al Qurtobi for Q2:178
We find that Al Qurtobi for Q2.178 concurs the Islamic Sharia law for not executing the Muslim who killed a non-Muslim though according to the same Sharia anyone Muslims or non should be executed for sure or killing a Muslim as following
Muhammad Sahih Hadith says the blood of non-Muslim is cheap

And by the way until now in Saudi Arabia when a person dies by an unintended car hit for example, the compensation paid to the family of the victim depends on the religion of this victim and for Muslims it is double any other religion
Now after that research dear reader you know that when a Muslim come to you and say “Islam is religion of brotherhood and equality” you will know that either he is not informed or he is lying
Now leftists and liberals that says Christians are bigots and racists, think about the application of that, meaning Islamic / Sharia law in your free democratic countries. What will happen when Islamic Fatwa is applied? Do you see how Islam makes the blood of non-Muslims cheap and unworthy??? Where is equality in Islam????
