You’re The Cream Of God’s Creation

You’re The Cream Of God’s Creation
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them
(Genesis 1:27).
When you study the account of creation you’ll notice that man was the crowning beauty of everything that God made; he was the consummation of His work, and the cream of His creation. After He created everything else, from the first to the fifth day, God looked at what He had made and said, “It was good” (Genesis 1:4-25). But on the sixth day, after He made man, the Bible says “God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good… (Genesis 1:31).
You’re the most beautiful thing to emerge on the face of the earth. To think that God actually created you in His image and in His likeness is simply amazing but that’s what He did! That means to know what God looks like, you need not go to heaven or look too far; just look at yourself! The Psalmist understood this truth and declared “out of Zion the perfection of beauty, God hath shined…” (Psalm 50:2). He’s letting us know that God shines out of Zion. He demonstrates His beauty out of Zion.
Zion is the perfection of beauty; that means you’re the perfection and epitome of beauty, because Zion refers to the Church. Your life is full of the beauty and perfection of God. No wonder Pastor Chris often says the believer is too beautiful to be sick. You’re too beautiful for the down-life! God created you for glory and for beauty, not for poverty, sickness, disease or infirmity.
Amongst everything God created, you’re the only one created to look like Him and function like Him. You’re His excellent workmanship. You’re the cream of all His creations. That makes you the best.
Prayer
Through your Word, O Lord, I’ve discovered my true identity; you’ve shown me that I’m the crowing beauty of all your creations, too beautiful for the down life. Thank you blessed Father, for making everything about my life excellent, perfect, full of glory and praise,
in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
