He’s Alive In You

He’s Alive

In You

“Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ?…”

(1 Corinthians 6:15)

The Apostle Paul in the verse above declares: “your bodies are the members of Christ,” referring to our individual bodies; we’re joined to the Lord spiritually and physically! It isn’t just our spirits that are joined to the Body of Christ; our very physical bodies are part of His body as well.

Ephesians 5:30 tells us “…we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.” This means that the life of Christ is manifested through our bodies. Christ literally lives in you! He dwells in your spirit and expresses Himself through your physical body. He’s alive in you. This is why sickness, disease, and weakness ought not come into, let alone thrive in your physical body. You’re the habitation of Christ, and the Bible says if Christ is in you, no infirmity can ravage your body, because the Spirit that lives in you vitalizes your physical body (Romans 8:10).

The reason many have suffered so much trouble in their physical bodies with respect to their health is their lack of knowledge. Following what Christ accomplished for us through His death, burial and glorious resurrection, it ought not to be that any child of God should be sick or afflicted by the devil.

You’re the temple of the Holy Spirit; Christ rules and functions in your physical body. You should have this consciousness. Your body is the member of Christ; therefore, the life of Christ is manifested in, and through you. Christ is your life (Colossians 3:4), and He’s alive in you. Meditate on this truth .

Confession

Christ is alive in me! My life is the manifestation of divinity for I’m a partaker of the divine nature. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and I show forth the glory, beauty, excellence and perfections of Christ today,

in Jesus’ Name.
