Take Advantage Of Your Divine Arsenal

Take Advantage Of

Your Divine Arsenal

When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell (Psalms 27:2).

There’s no doubt that these are the last days; the days of extreme wickedness. More than ever, the devil is bent on lunching assaults—physical harms or even murder on people, especially God’s children. But he’s not a factor; he’s a defeated foe. It doesn’t matter what he and his demons concoct against you, you’re more than a conqueror. Isaiah 54:15 says “Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.

No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord”(Isaiah 54:15-17). This just about says it all!

You’re not vulnerable or at the mercy of Satan’s merciless onslaught. Not only are you impregnable to his attacks you’re superior to him. Therefore you have nothing to fear. Part of our divine armoury is the Name of Jesus, and speaking in tongues! Though you may be confronted with danger or opposition, know that you’re not vulnerable! Use the Name of Jesus! It doesn’t matter what the danger is, the Bible says “Whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved” (Acts 2:21).

In the face of trouble, you can boldly declare like the Psalmist:“I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust” (Psalms 91:2). Realize that you’re not ordinary; therefore you’re not susceptible to Satan’s attacks; it doesn’t matter in what form it comes. 2 Samuel 3:33-34 records David’s lamentation over Abner, one of David’s mighty men who was murdered: “And the king lamented over Abner, and said, Died Abner as a fool dieth? Thy hands were not bound, nor thy feet put into fetters: as a man falleth before wicked men, so fellest thou. And all the people wept again over him.

Here, David shows that anyone who’s in relationship with Jehovah shouldn’t die a fool’s death; for we’re not defenseless! We’re divinely protected from the evil and peril in this world. When trouble strikes, refuse to fear. Rather, use the Name of Jesus; talk in tongues fervently. When you call the Name of Jesus, the Lord responds to you with deliverance!

Confession

Lord Jesus, I thank you for peace, security, joy, comfort and protection we have in your Name. I abide daily under the shadow of your protective wings, shielded from harm, terror and all evil. I fear nothing and no one, because in you I live and move and have my being! Amen.
